The desired manual will be dedicated to European liberty advocates, from Iceland to Morocco, and Portugal to Georgia. Do not see any odd patriotism here. I simply notice some facts:
- Today’s free market and individual liberty resources are often North American. In spite of their excellence, they only cover European issues from time to time and they sometimes develop analyses that have a limited echo on this side of the Atlantic because of cultural and institutional differences;
- Given the present hatching of connections among Europeans advocates, this manual will be a good way to discover, learn about and exchange with our fellow liberty activists about our past experiences, present ideas and future projects.
